It snowed a lot on Saturday. So Saturday night Sara, Christine, Jay and myself went out and played in the snow. We walked all around, had snowball fights, pushed eachother into mounds of snow, climbed up huge mountains of snow and rolled down. Then Jay went home and Sara, Christine and I headed back to my house where we ate the most delicious waffle fries ever. It was getting late and the storm seemed to be getting worse and my house was so warm and my couch was soo comfortable ;) so sara and christine just crashed at my house for the night. The next morning my mom made breakfast and the three of us watched a Lifetime movie. It was a very excellent way to end off Winter Break.
School started back up on Monday. I dislike that school so much. My Math class is good because it's early in the morning at 7:50 so there is barely anyone on campus yet and my professor is really nice and she teaches very well. English is okay, it's going to be a lot of writing, which I like to do. Reading, my professor is incredibly boring. Then there is Sociology. My Sociology professor is a dick and very arrogant. I would drop the class and try to get another one, but right now my schedule is perfect that I never have to wait around on campus or leave the campus and come back. So i figured I would give this man 2 1/2 hours of my week and just deal with him. He doesn't give any tests or any homework. He only assigns 2 papers for the entire semester and your grade is based on those papers. So I can do that.
Last semester was good b/c I had a class that related to what I want to do for a living. It was bad because it was sooo much work and my schedule was really spread out. The only reason this semester is any good is because all my classes are one right after the other and the latest I'm ever there is 1:45PM.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't these supposed to be some of the best years of our lives? Personally, I've had better years...much better years! College is supposed to be difficult, yes...but at the same time it's supposed to be fun. Maybe if I went to a school that I actually liked, things would be better. I think so, yes.
